Return Policy:

For any product, if you receive anything damaged or wrong product then you need to intimate us through mail or by phone within 3 hours. If you fail to intimate within the given time, we are not doing the replacement.

Casino Kart would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.

Please Note: We don't honor exchanges and refunds for any product on CasinoKart, until there is some damage, or the wrong product has been shipped.
In the case of returns, in-transit security for the goods i the responsibility of the customer and t must be properly packaged and arrive back to us in new condition. There is a 15% restocking fee for custom tables (Custom Graphic, Template Design, Exotic Vinyl, Etc.) In the event your poker or game table was not properly packaged for return transit, we will itemize damaged or lost pieces and deduct it from the final refund total. If you are initiating a return, please take time to package the products for the trip back to us! Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us Business@casinokart.com.

Refund Policy:

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To initiate the process, you must notify us within 3 hours of receiving the product. Kindly follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at Business@casinokart.com with your order details, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the damaged product.

  2. Return Authorization: Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

  3. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or ship a replacement within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note, this refund policy applies strictly to defective products. For any other issues, refer to our standard return policy.

 

Price Adjustment Policy:

You may request a price adjustment within 30 days from the date of purchase. This excludes items that have been purchased on clearance, closeout, and third-party retailers, including exclusive Casinokart dealers. If we are able to make an adjustment, we will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. No coupon codes or sales promotions may be combined at any time.

Warranty:

All CasinoKart Tables are covered under our Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects.

We back our products by a lifetime warranty on non-consumable parts. Non-consumable parts refer to the structural integrity and craftsmanship of the table including fasteners, legs and feet, and finish. Not included in the lifetime warranty are the consumable components which get wear as a result of normal use, these include playing surface, armrest material and foam components.

Consumable components are available for purchase and replacement on our website, under accessories!

How to file a claim?

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to Business@casinokart.com Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply to confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.

Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.

Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of CasinoKart, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and gaming prodcucts.
