Crypto BTC Poker Chipset - LD, 300/500 Pcs, Clay, 40mm, 12g

I had a pathetic experience buying from this website. So I ordered the 500 quantity chips without mat for Rs. 5199. I requested for custom denomination quantity. I don't need the 1000 denomination chips so I requested for just one 1000 denomination chip and more of the 50 and 100 denomination chips from the custom denomination quantity option that they provide on their website. I opted for COD.

Firstly, my order was not dispatched immediately after placing my order. After 9 day of order placement, they whatsapp me and said I have to pay Rs. 699 first then only they will dispatch my order. I was abit skeptical but paid anyways. I was notified that my parcel will be shipped via Delhivery courier service. After 20+ days when I check from Delhivery app where my parcel is, is was never dispatched. Then I contacted them, first they lied and said order has been dispatched. But when I send them screenshot from delhivery app that they never dispatched, they said there is some error from their end and they'll dispatch it tomorrow (after 20+ days or so)... I became doubtful abit so I message them and specifically requested them to kindly make sure they don't make any error with my order. They replied quickly and said OK.

Now Second problem I'm faced is after I received the product. The chips denomination quantity are no where like what I requested or placed order. They just gave whatever they wanted. I ordered more of 50 and 100 denomination chips but they send more of 500 and 1000 denomination chips which I never required. Pathetic!!!

Now third problem I'm facing, they are not helpful and quick in providing solution for the mess they've created. They are not responding well and quickly to my whatsapp messages, email and they didn't pickup my calls. Customer support is pathetic. I want to request for return of their pathetic product and refund of my money. But I doubt any solution will be provided to me and I'll I'll even get a refund.

So my advice to anyone planning to buy from this website is, PLEASE DON'T. You'll regret it like I did!!! Buy from Amazon/Flipkart, you'll have a much better experience and you can refund easily if you don't like the product.

I like this set a lot. The chips and die are great quality, and the box it comes in feels sturdy and clasps very well. Everything stays in place quite well. I only wish the cards were of a decent brand, but for the price this set costs, that is a very small gripe. I recommend this set to anyone who wants a fun poker set for a decent price.

I was initially concerned about how well these Crypto BTC chips would hold up after repeated use, but I'm happy to report that these chips are built to last long. The high-quality materials used by casinokart are clearly evident.
